Trutta Streamside, 2020 Shiraz
Carbonic maceration. I could explain it as whole bunch red grapes placed in a sealed tank filled with carbon dioxide. Fermentation occurring without the intervention of yeast or other microbial activity. Allowing for brighter fuller flavour profiles… or we could agree that this delightful Shiraz is light & bright with a little pepper.

Hart & Hunter, 2021 Ciccio Rosso Blend
Kinda shiraz but super not… It is medium bodied and fruit driven. The nose is like a burst of cherry ripe chocolate followed by dried herbs. The palate shows rich red berries, with a juicy persistence of flavour, finishing with soft tannins. A real all rounder red.

Frankly Bob Made This, 2019 Rosè
Not your usual Rosè style, but then nothing Bob does is usual. This cool climate juice from fruits sourced out of Orange has a sharp & dry opener with a soft finish. Very refreshing.

Along the lines of a tempranillo yet more powerful for its medium body, this juice from the Tingha area of the New England has alot to say & is best heard over a medium rare steak. If I remember correctly it said something about dark fruits, spice & acidity… I’ll ask..
