A little collaboration we did with Dirt Candy Wines. Semillion & Muscat grapes we picked at Mt. Broke in the Hunter. Then the guys at Dirt Candy took care of the Pet Nat style fermentation to bring you our own lemon meringue like bubbly wine!

A mix of Savagnin grapes from Canberra & Chardonnay from Tumbarumba. This wine has a delightful cider like bubble from the ancestral style of wild fermentation that lends to its peach & lemon pith characteristics.
